2.4 Chloe tries to be careful to keep stockists well spaced but guarantee of exclusivity in an area is based on a spend of >£500 per 6 months excluding pictures and excluding vat.
2.5 The Postage paid order level is £500 excl vat (not including pictures or crackers).
2.6 Postage for orders below this is at cost and we send out parcels with the best value courier we can for size/weight.
3. Delivery
Delivery charges are specified when you place an order. Estimated dekivery timescakes cannot be given but we make every effort to deliver goods within 3 working days; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Chloe Gardner Art shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within specified timescales.
4. Payment
4.1 We will refund any payment made from your card in the unlikely event that goods are unavailable or if we are unable to fulfill your order. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

5. Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions

5.2 All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.
5.3 All colours and tones as displayed on website and marketing material are as close a representation to the actual goods. Products may vary in colour tone from images displayed. Goods cannot be returned due to colour discrepancies.
