Trade accounts are for shops, galleries, cafes or similar that are going to sell on Chloe’s products.
The minimum trade order is £100 plus VAT. Free carriage order is £500 net of products sent out at one time together (postage £10 + vat).
If you have registered for a trade account the trade prices will show on line & exclude VAT. If you would like the trade price list that shows all the trade prices on one sheet or a catalogue that shows the products all together then please email Chloe on [email protected] or call 07817 129688
There are some reduced prices for buying bigger amounts. These do NOT show on the website but
will be corrected by me once I receive the order. These are for:
- Mugs – buy >18 per design you save 50p per mug (before VAT)
- Tea towels – buy >50 and tea towel boxes are 40p (saves 60p per boxed tea towel)
- Wrap – buy 3 or more bags – save £1.60 per bag
There are minimums per product but these are not set on the website as we allow the minimums to be from a mix of designs. Don’t worry we will be in touch if you don’t reach the minimum numbers. These minimums are:
- Mugs: per shape: 6 mugs
- Jugs: per size: 4 jugs
- Tea towels: 6 tea towels
- Aprons: 6 aprons
- Oven gloves: 6 pairs
- Bags: 6 bags
- Wash bags: 6 bags
- Tablemats: 6 tablemats
- Coasters: 12 coasters
- Chopping boards: 4 chopping boards
- Cushions: 3 cushions
- Individual cards: 40 individual cards
- Card packs: 6 packs
- Wrap: 1 bag
- Notebooks: 6 notebooks
- Pictures: 6 pictures
- Magnets & keyrings: 6
- Little gifts: 10

1st order pro-forma. Subsequent orders 30 days.
Postage for orders of under £500 and for framed pictures are dependent on size and content. It is generally £5 small parcel < 1kilo, £6 < 2 kilos, £8 for 2-5kg, £10 for 5 to 20kg (UK) (All these prices exclude VAT). Postage to EH postcodes will be £3.70 whatever the size/ weight.
Stock belongs to Chloe Gardner until paid for.
Chloe tries to give exclusivity by PRODUCT to a shop within a street/village/reasonable area but this can only be guaranteed where > £1000 excl vat is spent per six months. (2k p.a.)
